In 2012, Sfoglini — sfo-lee-nee — opened its doors in Brooklyn, New York with a single mission: To bring classic, Italian-style pasta back to New York City.

Dedicated to sourcing top-quality, organic American grains in combination with traditional Italian methods, Sfoglini offers consumers a chance to enjoy the same quality pasta varieties served at some of New York’s most revered restaurants.

Forklift opened up new markets for Sfoglini co-founders Steve Gonzales and Scott Ketchum, helping to get the word out nationwide and building a more robust sales footprint for the new brand. To create even more buzz — for both the brand and the category — Forklift set up a JV with client JD Farms to create the first American-grain, organic hemp pasta.
